(Latin American Studies Association) Ecuadorian Section gave
me a $500 grant and sponsored the panel “Voces de mujeres
ecuatorianas: Estudios literarios, lingüísticos y migratorios”
at the XXVII International Congress in Montreal, Canada. I
organized and chaired this panel. September, 2007.
