Ph. D. Analytical Chemistry in 1994 at Iowa State University. David is an Assistant Professor at Creighton University.  (1999)

Ph.D in Chemistry at Indiana University with Analytical Chemistry as major and Environmental as minor. (2000)

 

Joanne (Neufeld) Gaul (‘85)

Attended Mayo Medical School 1985-89 with a residency in family practice at the University of North Dakota, 1989-1992. In 1993 she worked at Valley Medical, in 1996 they merged into Altru Health Systems. She married Gerald Gaul, an Ophthalmologist, in 1988 and they have a 4-year-old son.  (1999)

 

Terry Gustafson (‘75)

Ph.D. in Chemistry at Purdue University, 1979. Terry was employed as a Research Associate at BP America from 1979-1989. Since 1989 he has been an Associate Professor at Ohio State University.  (1999)

 

Larry Halvorson (’68)

He was named North Dakota Family Physician of the Year. He lives in Grand Forks, N.D., where he is program director of the Grand Forks Family Practice Center. (2004)

 

Anne T. Harri (‘78)

Attended the University of Minnesota and has worked at Special Resource Management as a Branch Manager; owned an environmental consulting business; was an Assistant Professor at NDSCS; and is currently at Imation Corp., as a Senior Health Physicist.  (1999)


Grant Harrington (’99)

Is employed at the USDA in Fargo, North Dakota in the Biosciences Research Laboratory (BRL) as a Biological Sciences Laboratory Technician.

 

Monte Helm (’95)

Lives with his wife Christine in Durango, CO. After finishing a two-year Dreyfus post-doctoral position at the University of Tennessee, Monte accepted a tenure track position in the Chemistry Department at Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO starting in August 2003. (2004)

Attended the University of North Dakota, School of Medicine, 1998. Employed at the University of Minnesota as a Resident Physician in Ophthalmology Dept, 1999. He got married in December 1997 and they have two children. (2000)

Ph.D. from University of Minnesota-Duluth School of Medicine, 1996, and a residency at United Family Medicine in St. Paul, Minn., from 1996-99. Marilou started at the Meritcare Clinic in Detroit Lakes, Minn., as a Family Practice Physician in September 1999.  (1999)

 

Wade Swenson (‘95)
Graduated from UND School of Medicine and will take residency training in internal medicine at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, IA. While at UND, Wade received the North Dakota Academy of Family Physicians’ Research Award, given to the student who has demonstrated potential in the area of research. He was also honored with the Drs. O.W. and C.G. Johnson award, given by the Johnson Clinic of Rugby to a native North Dakotan demonstrating outstanding research in rural family medicine. The Voices for North Dakota Children Award, given by the American Academy of Pediatrics, North Dakota Chapter, in support of child advocacy was also presented to Wade.

Attended the University of Minnesota from 1969-1973 as a medical student. He is now a physician in a private practice employed by Fairview Clinics Corporation in Minneapolis since 1978. (2000)
