School Districts all believe they are the best. They want to
know why you
are interested in teaching in their District. They are not
interested in hiring
desperate, unprepared candidates.
You will be expected to review the district Web Site and any printed
materials,
available on request for teacher applicants, prior to your
interview.

in your written materials and in phone and/or on-site interviews.
