For the following two Art sites, get the Usernames & Passwords from Career Services so as a student or alumni of MSUM, you can enter these sites as a subscriber and view the jobs. - ArtJob (www.artjob.org) is an online resource for employment and opportunities in the arts throughout the United States. The searchable web site includes full-time and
part-time positions, internships, grants, fellowships, and calls for entries.
- ArtSEARCH – To use our subscription to access over 500 positions that are updated every 3 business days, find the ArtSEARCH heading on the right side of the page at http://www.tcg.org. Then click on "Log In & Find Jobs and put our email address in the log-in box and the password you get from Career Services below it.
- Aviso Employment Resources Online – features listings from Aviso's renowned job bank for museum professionals, as well as links to museum career information.
- Chronicle of Philanthropy: Career Network – Here you will find hundreds of job opportunities in the non-profit world, plus information that will help you with your career.
- Mandy's Film and TV Production Directory – Select Jobs and search all the Art, New Media and Production categories for artist and art-related jobs and internships.
- mnartists.org – Sponsored by the McKnight Foundation – An online database of Minnesota artists from all disciplines mnartists.org offers Minnesota-based artists a central gathering place on the Internet. Plans call for it to become a marketplace and community hub—giving the public a new way to explore art and get to know artists. In addition to providing each artist with their own webpage of images and information, mnartists.org will present news and features about the local arts scene from a variety of sources.
- New York Foundation for Arts – Free nation-wide job listing site for artists in all disciplines. See Jobs and Opportunities for Artists links.
- OpportunityNOCS – Internet source of nonprofit jobs and career opportunities. You are able to view the jobs without a fee by selecting Job Seekers and then the link titled Search Jobs.
- TalentZoo.com – Graphic Design and Production Artist jobs are listed in this site for Advertising, PR and Marketing jobs.
- United Creators – A visual arts organization based in New York City, provides a refreshing and innovative alternative to today's numerous online art venues. At UnitedCreators.com – Both artists and art patrons are brought together to directly interact in a space dedicated to showcasing tomorrow's art masterpieces.
- Workbook.com – A site to gain inspiration and make connections. The Phonebook is a directory that links you to Advertising Agencies, Design Studios, Art Buyers, Creative Talent and Support Services and more throughout the USA. The city and state is given behind each organization's name. You may want to inquire about job opportunities if they are not listed on the site. The Phonebook has thousands of listings.

Subscriptions (For viewing in Career Services, Resource Center, CMU 114)
- ArtSEARCH – this arrives on the 1st and 15th of each month. It includes full-time jobs and internships—also apprenticeships, fellowships and graduate assistantships.
- Art Calendar—the Business Magazine for Visual Artists
It covers: 1. art marketing, 2. juried competitions, 3. grants, 4. fairs & festivals,
5. career advice, 6. internships, 7. positions open, 8. publishing opportunities,
9. scholarships for those with BA or BFA degrees and for undergraduates.
Hundreds of income and exhibition opportunities in each issue. - Art Papers – arrives monthly and every other month in the summer. It is an independent guide to contemporary art. It looks simultaneously at art communities across the USA and around the world to challenge accepted notions and articulate debates. They publish www.artjob.org — MSUM Career Services pays for a subscription so you can view the jobs in all areas of the arts. Get the Username and Password from Career Services in CMU 114 if you are a student or alumni. At the back of each magazine is an art resource guide that lists: exhibitions and related opportunities, residencies/internships, workshops/conferences/classes, artist services, grants/commissions.
