Contract For Career Services

The registrant agrees to furnish personal information, names of references, and such other information or changes as may be necessary to provide prospective employers and other bona fide professional contacts with information about the applicant’s qualifications and how s/he can be contacted.  

The registrant agrees to contact Career Services when a position has been accepted, whether secured through Career Services or not.

By signing below Career Services has my permission to make my transcripts, web registration information/resumes and any other pertinent employment information available to employers seeking candidates for jobs and internships and to any person, educational institution or other organization which, in the judgment of the Career Services officers, have a bona fide professional purpose for requesting and receiving this information (such as scholarships, fellowships, graduate programs, other honors). I understand that this may include third party recruiting agencies representing multiple employment opportunities.

I authorize Career Services to obtain a transcript from the Records Office and  release it as stated above on request.
