Incoming Mail
U.S. Mail - arrives at the Campus Post Office at approximately 11:30 a.m. First class is processed first and in the campus PO boxes by 2:30 p.m. on Mondays and 1:00 pm on Tuesdays through Fridays.
UPS - generally arrives at the campus post office by 12:00 noon, and is available for pick-up by 1:00 p.m. if anyone is expecting a package on a particular day they should call the post office to see if it has arrived. The phone number is 477-2885.
DHL and Federal Express - are usually delivered to the campus post office by 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. depending upon weather and flights (not only in this area).
Ground FedEx and SpeeDee - can arrive at any time, there is no set delivery pattern. These packages are processed as soon as they arrive.
Student Organizations - receive their mail at the CMU at the SORC office. Students who reside in the residence halls receive their mail at the hall. Students living off campus receive their mail at the off campus address, there are no mail boxes available at the campus post office for students.
Student Mail - Mail is received at the residence halls with the exclusion of mail requiring signatures at delivery time. This mail is delivered to the campus post office and includes; UPS, Ground Fed Ex, Fedex, DHL, certified and registered mail. Students will receive notification and will need to sign for the mail at the post office. Students expecting packages can call the Post Office at 477-2885 to see if the package has arrived.
