Keith Knoke, Assitant Coach
The versatile ex-Dragon begins a second season as a member of the MSU Moorhead coaching staff in 2008 after coaching for two years at Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference rival Bemidji State University where he lead the Beavers to their first ever NSIC Outdoor Crown.
A native of New Prague, Knoke was a 12-time All-NSIC performer and a two-time conference champion for the Dragons. He holds the MSUM Pentathlon record of 3,520 points.
Knoke earned a degree in Physical Education and Health Education at MSU Moorhead in 2004 and a Master’s degree in Sports Studies at Bemidji State in 2006. His wife, Tiffany (Spriggs), competed in track and field for the Dragons and is a volunteer coach at MSUM.
