Tri-captain of the Dragons, poised for monster junior season. . . . . Three-time All-American. . . . . Reigning NCAA Division II Outdoor pole vault champ with flight of 12-9 1/2, placed sixth at NCAA II Indoor with mark of 12-3 ¾. . . . . Decorated as NSIC Indoor Field Athlete of the Year, finished first in the vault, 13-2 ¼, and fifth in the 55 meters, 7.46, and 200, 26.15. . . . . Saluted as NSIC Outdoor Field Athlete of the Year as well, repeated as pole vault champ with mark of 12-9 ½, finished second in the 100, 12.34, 200, 26.08, and member of 4 X 100 and 4 X 400 relay teams that finished third. . . . Named to NSIC All-Academic teams for indoor and outdoor seasons as a sophomore. . . . . Debuted in style as a freshman, secured All-American honors at both NCAA Division II Indoor and Outdoor Track Championships. . . . . Placed third at the 2006 NCAA II Indoor with a flight of 12-7 ½, and sixth at 2006 NCAA II Outdoor with a vault of 12-2. . . . . Also decorated with Academic All-American honors by the Track and Field Coaches Association. . . . . Had excellent freshman campaign, winning the 200 meter dash (25.94) and pole vault (12-5 ½) at the 2006 NSIC Outdoor while placing second in the 100 meter (12.43) and helping the Dragons claim second in the 4 X 100 meter and 4 X 400 meter relay. . . . . Captured 55 meter (7.48) and pole vaulting titles at the 2006 NSIC Indoor (13-1 ½) while placing fifth in the 200 meters (26.55). . . . . Named NSIC Freshman of the Year, and MSU Moorhead Freshman of the Year. . . . . Captured pole vault title at the 2005 Minnesota State High School Championships, finished sixth in the 100 with a time of 12.94 and ninth in the 4 X 200 relay as well. . . . . Two-time Minnesota State prep vault champ, six-time state participant. . . . . Voted team MVP, relay MVP. . . . . Physical Education major. . . . . |
