Following a solid third place finish at last year’s NSIC showdown, but the team is looking to regain its championship form of 2005 and collect a sixth conference title. The Dragons return a batch of seasoned veterans, including senior Diane Miller (Fargo, ND), juniors Sarah Rebenitsch (West Fargo, ND), Michelle Hanson (Dickinson, ND) and Rayna Berndt (Bainville, MT) and sophomores Ashley Roemer (Maple Lake) and Kari Bloch (Willmar). A talented recruiting class of freshmen Brook Harris (Fargo, ND), Sara Julsrud (Grand Forks, ND), Danielle Thompson (Grand Forks, ND), Anna VanWechel (Fergus Falls) and Amanda Wickersham (East Grand Forks) should make an instance impact as well.
