Schedule Status - Biennial and Six-Year Review Cycle

The table below indicates the types of reports that are due from departments/programs throughout the six-year reporting cycle.

  • Year 1 - Visit, Departmental/Program Response, Planning based upon review

  • Year 2 - Biennial Report-Planning Report: New goals; Revised Assessment of Student Learning Plan (if applicable) and timeline; and an Assessment of Student Learning Report

  • Year 4 - Biennial Report-Progress Report: Progress in meeting goals; Assessment of Student Learning Report

  • Year 6 - Six-Year Evaluation: Submit self-study; Assessment of Student Learning Report; and a Revised Assessment of Student Learning Plan

Programs that did not complete an Assessment Plan and Assessment Report during the 2005-2006 Academic Year will file a Plan and Report by October 31, 2006. Programs should use the Planning and Reporting forms available on this site.
