Present: Tim Borchers, chair, Ted Gracyk, Cassie Kramer, Jody Mattern, Amy Phillips, Jean Sando, Alison Wallace

Absent: Richard Adler, Peggy Rittenhouse, Stacy Voeller

Minutes: Moved by Phillips, seconded by Sando to approve the November 15, 2007 minutes. The motion was approved with one abstention.

Review of Assessment Reports and Revised Assessment Plans: Committee members presented reports on review of assigned program/department assessment reports and plans. Review of reports and plans will continue at the next scheduled meeting. Members were reminded to send comments (3-5 sentences) regarding their respective reviews to Borchers and Marla Smith.

Next Meeting: Borchers circulated a calendar to determine a possible meeting time/date in December. Based on responses, December 17, 2007, was selected. Borchers will send an electronic notification.
