Absent: Ted Gracyk, Amy Phillips, Peggy Rittenhouse, Stacy Voeller (sabbatical)

Minutes: Mattern moved. Kramer seconded to approve the March 19, 2007, minutes. The motion was approved unanimously.

Review of Procedures and Forms for Next Year: Discussion ensued on tracking changes to plans. Borchers agreed to investigate whether working groups could be used to assist with review of reports next fall. Assessment Reporting Instructions and an Assessment Report Procedure flow chart for 2007-2008 were reviewed and will be posted on the SLOAC website. Current planning and reporting forms were reviewed and revisions were agreed upon.
