Present: Jean K. Sando, chair, Richard Adler, Ted Gracyk, Cassie Kramer, Jody Mattern, Peggy Rittenhouse, Stacy Voeller, Alison Wallace

Minutes: Moved by Rittenhouse, seconded by Voeller to approve the February 1, 2008 minutes. The motion was approved unanimously.

Review of Revised Assessment Plans and Assessment Reports: The following reports were reviewed and discussed:

• Library Instructional Resources revised plan and report
• Elementary and Early Childhood Education accredited program report
• Special Education accredited program report
• Sociology and Criminal Justice report

Instructional Improvement Grants: The following requests for grants funds were reviewed and discussed:

• Construction Management
• Physics and Astronomy
• School of Nursing and Health
• Library
• Mathematics

Moved by Rittenhouse, seconded by Kramer to recommend funding the Mathematics proposal provided the budget for faculty EDDs is accurate.

The remaining proposals are being returned to the departments/programs for additional clarification with a resubmission deadline of April 4, 2008.
