Jescia (Hoffman) Hopper
Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drawing and Printmaking, 2009
Artist in Residence , North Dakota Council on the Arts, North Dakota
I graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drawing and Printmaking. I have since returned to MSUM (Fall 2010) and will be graduating in December with a B.S. in Art Education. Currently I am an Artist in Residence with the North Dakota Council on the Arts (beginning in Nov. 2009), where I conduct a variety of residencies and community classes for North Dakota schools and nonprofit organizations. As an Artist in Residence, I provide children and adults with art experiences that they would otherwise not have. I am also self-employed as a fine artist and photographer. My website and blog is located at: www.jesciahoffman.com. Also, here is the link to the Artist in Residence Roster: http://www.nd.gov/arts/arts_ed/roster_visual.html#Jescia.
