The Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art is a program that gives students a broad understanding of studio art and design. It is intended for students interested in art careers such as those available in museums and galleries, but is not intended for students seeking careers as practicing artists or designers.
Emphases include Ceramics, Graphic Design, Painting, Printmaking, Sculpture, Photography, Drawing, and Pictorial Illustration.
Requires the completion of ART 101, ART 102, ART 125, and three introductory studio courses (ART 203A-ART 203N), the Colloquium Lecture Series, the First Portfolio Review, and a GPA of 3.0 in Art.
