Returning Students

We welcome students who have left Minnesota State University Moorhead for one or more semesters and would like to return. This application is for students who have earned credits at MSUM in the past and "stopped out" and would like to return. This application is not for students who were admitted and never registered for classes at MSUM. Please follow these steps to reapply for admission to MSU Moorhead:

• Complete the online or PDF Application for Readmission form and submit it at least 30 days before the beginning of the semester you would like to attend. 
• Submit official transcripts of all post-secondary study since the last date you attended MSU Moorhead. Your official transcripts must show you in good standing or you must have received approved clearance. Transfer credits not reported before readmission may be disallowed, and academic suspension at another institution, if unreported, is cause for cancellation of enrollment.

Please be aware that admission is not automatic. You will be readmitted to your original status and major unless you request a change.
