How to Apply

Applying to Minnesota State University Moorhead as a PSEO student is easy. You can submit your application online or by mail.

Your admission will be reviewed as soon as the following materials have been received in the Office of Admissions:

• Completed application for freshmen admission. (Please indicate PSEO at the top of the application.)
• High school transcript (or a statement from your high school indicating your class rank if it is not available on the high school transcript).
• Notice of Student Registration Form, complete with student/family signatures in the top section and school counselor signature in the middle section.

Please keep in mind that PSEO program registration is conducted on a space-available basis after all regularly admitted students have been registered. PSEO students are not eligible to participate in Tri-College and are not eligible for financial aid.
