To apply to Minnesota State University Moorhead as a PSEO student as a senior, you must rank:

• In the upper half of your high school class to register for one course.
• In the top quarter of your high school class to register for more than one course.

To apply to Minnesota State University Moorhead as a PSEO student as a junior, you must rank:

• In the top 33 percent of your high school class to enroll in one course.
• In the top quarter of your high school class to register for more than one course.
