"MSUM has definitely been a good place for me. The liberal studies has been a nice change of pace and has given me a more well-rounded view of the world. And of course I've gotten a great education in my major, too. I've developed some of my most important skills -technical, communication and teamwork - through networking and out-of-class experiences. My experience here got me the internship at Microsoft, which led to a full-time summer job. The class work, projects and work I did in my apprenticeship for two and a half years has really paid off for me. Employers are looking for the whole package- a broad base of knowledge, well-rounded experiences, and good recommendations from your faculty."
