Pre-Physical Therapy @ MSUM

While Minnesota State University Moorhead does not grant a degree in physical therapy, it does offer a pre-physical therapy program, which emphasizes a liberal education, yet provides the foundation in the physical, biological and behavioral sciences required for admission to the professional schools. Our students have been quite successful in meeting the severe competition for admission, which, incidentally is currently running over 10 applicants for each student accepted into the degree program. Obviously the prospective student should take a realistic inventory of his or her abilities, drive and interest in this field. It should also be borne in mind that some schools give strong preference to their own students as well as residents of that state.
