I regularly provide litigation services as an expert witness in the areas of business valuation, commercial damage assessment, and forensic accounting examination. These cases include civil and criminal cases. In addition, these cases include serving as a court appointed appraiser, a special master and a commissioner. |

I was under contract with the USDA in September 2004. Specifically, I traveled to Armenia and critiqued the USDA's marketing assistance program. The critique involved an analysis of existing business development and lending efforts and suggestions for improvement |
