Description: Reviews and determines a student's appeal of his/her eligibility to receive financial aid. If appealed, the decision will be reviewed by the Vice President for Student Affairs, whose decision will be final. This committee also reviews appeals of decisions made by the Director of Academic Support Programs on requests for early reinstatement from students who are on academic suspension and approves or denies the appeals in each case and makes recommendations for further action when deemed appropriate. The Vice President for Academic Affairs, or his/her designee, may review a committee decision upon written request.
