Reduce Restricted Electives by 4 credits

Political Science Department*

Add ENGL 387:  Technical Report Writing (4 crs) to the Requirements for the Political Science Major as the designated upper level writing requirement effective Fall 2008 (no change to total credits).

 

School of Business*

·         Eliminate International Business, Management, and Marketing majors and change them to emphasis areas within the Business Administration major effective Fall 2008 (no change in business core, related requirements or admission process).

·         Eliminate minors in International Business, Management, and Marketing for Business majors effective Fall 2008 (minors for non-business majors will not change).

·         Change Business Administration Minor for Business majors to require 15 credits of courses above the major requirement from two of the following areas to at least three of the following areas:  Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or Marketing effective Fall 2008.

 

University Honors Program*

·         Remove the Honors Foundation Four Math requirement in the University Honors Program effective Fall 2007.

·         Replace ENGL 101/105 with ENGL 201 as an English option in the Foundation Four of the University Honors Program effective Fall 2007.
