Change to admission pre-requisites: 

(Current)  Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution. No specific undergraduate major required, however, preparation must include nine semester hours of course work in psychology and one statistics course. 

 

(Proposed) Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution. No specific undergraduate major required, however, preparation must include a minimum of 12 semester hours of course work in psychology including one developmental psychology course.  At least one course should be at the upper-level.  One statistics course also is required. A research methods course is highly recommended.
