Students can use it to showcase their academic, professional, and personal achievements. eFolioMinnesota is a free resource for Minnesota residents, students, and workers, developed through a partnership including the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system, the University of Minnesota and Avenet Web Solutions.
    The eSoftware Web Store hosted by kivuto.com has Microsoft, Adobe, and other software available for MSUM employees and students to purchase at significantly reduced cost.

    MoveItSecurely is an application licensed through Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) that allows you to transfer confidential and large files securely to another person via a secure server. This service is available to faculty, staff, and students with a StarID.

    Office 365 provides you online access to Microsoft Office and your own ‘cloud’ storage. Students can install the latest version of Microsoft Office to their PC or Macintosh so that they can continue working offline. The campus license for Office 365 is available to all current MSUM students, faculty, and staff.

    MSUM's current web conferencing tool is WebEx. Web conferencing allows you to conduct synchronous online meetings and trainings. Using a web conferencing solution, you can: present online events and webinars, conduct virtual classroom sessions, host meetings, and conduct training sessions. Participants can connect via audio using phone or VOIP. For more information, see WebEx.
    Cisco WebEx is a web conferencing software that allows you to conduct synchronous online meetings and trainings. Participants are able to use WebEx on various platforms, including PC, MAC, and mobile devices.
    Wordpress is a web-based application that can be used to create websites and blogs.
    Wimba is a web conferencing system that allows you to hold online meetings. MSU Moorhead's license for Wimba ends in December 2014. Faculty may still use Wimba through the Fall 2014 semester although many have already made the transition to our new web conferencing solution: WebEx.
