The MSUM Information Technology Department offers Scantron Scoring Services for the campus and consists of IT Staff trained and positioned to process exams, evals, and surveys. Score results are provided by means of a variety of reports and specialized data upon request.
We will continue to use the long-standing Form NO. F-262 which is supplied and available from the IT Department located in Grier Hall. If you have any questions about other appropriate or compatible forms, please call the IT Dept. at 218.477.2603 to discuss options for administering your test.
Be sure to see the various reports that will be provide with each and every exam or eval.
Scantron Result Reports - Explanation
Please see the Scantron Cover Sheet for valued information. Exams are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and carry a higher priority than evals. Exams are graded and usually ready for pickup within 24 hours from drop off time. Illegible or incomplete portions of the Scantron Cover Sheet may delay processing. In the event of a technical problem, you will be notified of the delay.
Please note that Scantron Scoring Services cannot respond to student requests for information about tests. All student inquiries should be directed to the instructor.
Scantron Scoring Services are available during our regular IT work hours, typically between 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday. We ask that you please allow a 24 hour turn-around time to complete exam scoring.
You may drop off and pick up exams and evals at the IT Department, located in Grier Hall.
