There is never a shortage of things to do in Fargo-Moorhead. Set against the diverse four seasons, outdoor recreational activities range from biking, swimming, fishing, golfing, camping, canoeing and disc golf in the warm, summer months to ice fishing, cross-country skiing, sledding and ice hockey in the winter months. The Fargo-Moorhead area offers a variety of transportation options to get around the cities with ease. Downtown Fargo and Downtown Moorhead are separated by a rejuvenated Main Bridge that makes it an easy, scenic walk or drive to get from one center of the city to the other within minutes.

Fargo-Moorhead has recently embraced a revitalized biking community and has established new bike lanes on many of the main roads in addition to the series of bike trails in and around the city.
